Circlesongs at the Lake with Carl Rabke

Circlesongs at the Lake with Carl Rabke

In praise, in prayer, in lament we will offer our voices to Great Salt Lake together. You are welcome if you love to sing or if you are terrified of singing with others. All voices are welcome! We will begin with some gentle movement practices and vocal and rhythm warm-up games to help free our uncontrived, authentic voices, and then we will create songs together. Weaving our voices in a tapestry of spontaneous, never been heard before harmonies and rhythms- listening and singing, grieving and praising.

Carl Rabke is an embodiment mentor, somatic naturalist and a tender of soul and living culture. He believes we all have natural movement, vocal, and rhythmic intelligence, and he loves to hold a space of connection, play and learning for people to remember those capacities. Carl also co-hosts the the Embodiment Matters podcast with his beloved wife, Erin Geesaman Rabke.
