Location & Logistics

Parking instructions for Stokes Nature Center
●  Stokes Nature Center is located in Logan Canyon about 1/3 mile up the River Trail. Our physical address is 2696 East Highway 89, Logan, Utah 84321.
●  Starting in Logan, travel east on Highway 89 (400 N) past Utah State University, continue down the hill, past First Dam, and into Logan Canyon.
●  You will see a brown sign directing you to “Stokes Nature Center Parking” in a Forest Service designated area. The gravel parking area is on the left side of the road about 1⁄2 mile into the canyon, with a large “Cache National Forest” sign. You can also pull o on the right side of the road to park if space is available.
●  Once you have reached the River Nature Trail, walk approximately 1/3 of a mile up the trail and you will see the Nature Center building on your right. The walk from the gated entrance takes about 7-10 minutes.
●  The building has running water/bathrooms and lots of beautiful places to sit and contemplate outside
